McDonald's in Pulheim

McDrive is busy with all counters. This means that the acceptance of money is completely separate from the distribution of food, unless you count with a card. There is almost nowhere. Some of the staff wears gloves. You did really well.

App ordering didn't work, had to go to the restaurant. Food what I got (2 menus, 2 cheeseburgers) was at home on arrival, 5 minutes drive, cold! So it was only lukewarm when received! When does the branch work? Are there only personnel who have not been established elsewhere?

Ordering electronic worked fine. Fast and good service at the time of the present (19:30). Regulations for Covid sustainable. The vegan burger was not appetizing and not particularly good.

Regardless of whether it is a fast restaurant or a steak house, friendliness should at least be what I missed a lot here. Although the cash register was free, I was forced to do my self-service order, allegedly it would go faster there and they would not take an order here. After a long wait, I was able to place my order myself and still had to queue up at the checkout to pay for it. And wait again. The menu or fries and the rest, well. I know completely different McDonald's where it tastes much better and, above all, is very friendly.

We get take-away maybe two or three times a year here. Unfortunately, something was missing every time we placed our order, and it was puzzlingly always the most expensive burger. Why is there such a great electronic ordering system if there is no control when packing up? Or does the system? In any case, we will get our fast food elsewhere in the future. I can only advise everyone to check the contents of the bag before paying! McDonald's Brauweiler, no thanks!

Very helpful restaurant manager. Orders on the digital display explained in a customer-friendly manner and given important tips for ordering ... made a great impression. Covid 19 clearances in the restaurant by sensible blocking of seats can be kept. Thank you

"On August 12th, 2020, around 1:30 p.m., we asked for 2 fishmac menus from the mc drive in Pulheim. He told me to pay € 15.98 at the counter. I gave € 20 and only got 0.93 cents Cash back. I noticed that when I got the menu at the next counter. At the next counter they just gave the coke and told me to sit at the table and wait! I told the person who brought the menu that the change was missing . This time he told me to wait inside. I waited inside for about 10 minutes. Nobody apologized for it. I will tell everyone about it and will not go shopping there again :(

The old man in a white shirt thinks he owns the Hilton. He is frighteningly arrogant, his mouth very smelly. I answered a simple QUESTION, but that grandpa try to made me feel humiliated. Well my only bad feeling is that I will never eat here, never again! You should not employ bitter, tired pensioners. Bests!
